We're on a Cruise!
4-night Cruise to Ensenada, Mexico. Going to share a few shots of us on vacation.
CATALINA ISLAND

This pic shows how happy we are!
26 years ago, on our last cruise, we chose not to go out to Catalina Island and instead stayed on the ship. Well, we were ready to make up for that. Here we are on the tender (boat) that took us to the island. It was overcast and windy so I donned my black leather bolero jacket and Patrick sported his Monterey Bay FC sweatshirt.

This is a photo of our ship, Navigator of the Seas, from onboard the tender. I was struck by the shapes and lines of the craft along side the marine-layer above.

Catalina Island. The ship is too large to port at the island so people are ferried out on small boats called tenders. Here's a shot of a tender to give the perspective of distance from ship to shore.

The sun tried to peak out and I threw my my head back to enjoy it as our ship, Navigator of the Seas, waits patiently for our return.

"Found it!" Patrick is wearing MBFC cap, sweatshirt, and socks
Speaking of our local professional soccer team, we are Monterey Bay FC season ticket holders in the Supporters Section which the Club calls The Kelp Forest. We were delighted to “represent” when we stumbled upon this awesome neon sign.
