Working in Marketing f a blueberry company has it's perks including always having fresh blueberries available. I usually freeze a good share of them to keep on hand for smoothies and other uses, but sometimes I need to make room in the freezer. For some reason, I always seem to get the urge to preserve these extra berries just after Christmas.
There is a particular gratification that I get from this. It's meditative! It's practical! It's delicious!
